Debbie & Naty Saidoff

As StandWithUs grew, students from all over the world began contacting us with concerns about the anti-Israel speakers who were coming to their campuses. They needed help and support to counter the steady stream of anti-Israel speakers who promoted misinformation, hateful rhetoric, and antisemitism. Students asked for speakers, materials, and programs. In cooperation with Ellie and Bruce Lederman, the Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles, and the Solelim Fund of the UJA of New York, Debbie and Naty Saidoff spearheaded a new department for StandWithUs that would become the StandWithUs Speakers Program, which students count on to bring Israel’s voice to campuses across America and Canada. StandWithUs is now engaging over 100,000 college students each year with our programs.

Debbie and Naty Saidoff have also underwritten the annual StandWithUs Festival of Lights banquet so that the Los Angeles community has been able to come together once each year to support and celebrate the extraordinary achievements of StandWithUs. In 2015, the Saidoffs underwrote the StandWithUs Legal Department, to organize pro-bono attorneys in the fight against the pernicious boycott movement against Israel. Since its founding, the Saidoff Legal Department has already dealt with over 1,700 incidents, and now has over 250 pro bono attorneys ready to help students and community members stand up to antisemitic bullying.
